Actualized by DAP Yapı, Validebağ Konakları (Validebağ Estates) are built on a 38 thousand square meter-land. There are 48 stores within the scope of the project consisting of 319 apartments in 12 blocks. Rising with an investment of TL 1 billion and 100 million, the project offers many technically and aesthetically outstanding and permanent residential areas consisting of 319 five-storey estates in total including 1+0 to 6+1 apartments of 70 to 650 square meters.

Validebağ Konakları is rising at Üsküdar Koşuyolu under Emlak Konut REIT’s guarantee.
