Consisting of hotel, residence, office and shops, there will also be an international culture/ art / fashion center in Kuasar İstanbul project. Designed by Emre Arolat, the project consists of two towers each of which has 40 storeys. Kuasar Tower will be hosting the common spaces and residences designed by world famous Dutch interior architect Marcel Wanders, whereas a 5-star hotel, suites with hotel services and office units will be located at the hotel tower. Moreover, Kuasar İstanbul is Turkey’s first project awarded with German “DGNB Green Building Gold Certificate”. Presenting a life deemed as luxurious in İstanbul by the virtue of its shopping areas, café and restaurants, plane grove, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, recreational areas, smart home system, parking garage, heliport and concierge services, Kuasar consists of 58 office and 28 commercial units in addition to a total of 257 studio, simplex and duplex residences.
