Mehmet Buğra ELKIRAN was born in Ankara in 1986.
He graduated from Fırat University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering in 2007.
He worked in various organizations between 2007-2015.
He worked as an expert at Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş. between 2015-2018, and as the Ankara Regional Manager at Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş. between 2018-2020.
Between 2020 and 2023, he served as an advisor to the Minister in the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Republic of Turkey.
In 2024, he has been working as a Private Secretary at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Republic of Turkey.
Mehmet Buğra ELKIRAN is married and has two children.
