As a manifestation of its faith in Turkey’s future and economy, Emlak Konut GYO starts another historical campaign. Housing and banking sectors joined forces for the campaign “Time for Solidarity for a Powerful Turkey” to give the opportunity for becoming a homeowner in 20 years with 0.79% delay interest and 5% down payment.
Valid until March 15 with 15,000 houses in 30 projects by Emlak Konut GYO, the campaign further offers easy payment terms including 0.45% delay interest for 10 years as well as '0%' delay interest for 5 years. For 100,000 TL of credits in average to be used within the scope of the campaign “Time for Solidarity for a Powerful Turkey” the monthly payments will be approximately 930 TL and 1,080 TL for 240 and 120 months respectively.

Facilitated by the joined forces of the housing and banking sectors, the campaign aims to offer citizens the opportunity to become homeowners with ease under reasonable conditions including 0.79, 0.45 and ‘0’% delay interests for 20, 10 and 5 years respectively, as well as only 5% down payment. Being a first in Turkey with 20 years of maturity, the campaign will last until March 31, 2017.

Offering attractive terms for housing acquisition, the campaign "Time for Solidarity for a Powerful Turkey" lets monthly payments of approximately 930 TL for 240 months and around 1,080 TL for 120 months in return for 100,000 TL credits.
Valid for Emlak Konut GYO’s 30 prestigious projects, the campaign will feature the participation of Albaraka, Garanti Bank, Halkbank, Türkiye İş Bankası, Vakıfbank, Vakıf Katılım, Yapı Kredi Bankası, Ziraat Bank and Ziraat Participation Bank.

Housing and banking sectors join forces for our country
Emlak Konut GYO’s General Manager Murat Kurum said the following with regard to the campaign: "As Turkey’s largest real estate investment company, we have always felt the [high level of] interest and confidence of our citizens in Emlak Konut throughout all the projects we have realized to this day. We have contributed considerably and lent impetus to the sector with the campaign we started last year in August. We would like to reiterate the powerful voice and emphasis we raised in the sector by our campaign "We Trust Our Country’s Future" and continue this move today, as well. Now, thanks to the same level of resolution, faith, as well as interest and confidence of our citizens, we want to start a new mobilization process in the sector.
As a result of our meetings with the largest and most experienced contractors of the building sector as well as the largest banks, we decided to work together in extensive collaboration for our country and the sector. The right time to become a homeowner
Underlining that the campaign will give impetus to the sector and provide a historical opportunity for those who want to become homeowners, Murat Kurum further said, "It is the right time to become a homeowner and invest in real estate. We are making another innovation in the sector with this project raising the credit maturity to 20 years for 15,000 houses in our 30 prestigious projects. We are providing our citizens with an opportunity that has never been offered before. We are putting extensive efforts to provide options for all family budgets by increasing the maturity to 20 years, while decreasing the [amount of payable] installments. We in Emlak Konut GYO and our partnering contractors called our sector to decrease the maturity rates. Our calls resulted in positive responses. Within this scope, we will offer our citizens the opportunity to buy houses from our 30 different projects by decreasing the current rates applied by the banks to 0,79 and 0,45% delay interest for 20 and 10 years respectively, as well as zero interest rate for 5 years. We believe that we will achieve our target to record a turnover of 2-2.5 billion TL, when our campaign will end after March 31, 2017. In this campaign, with various house types, we will bring together all our citizens with low or high purchasing power and our highly investable projects with many opportunities and increasing values.

The 9 banks participating in the campaign give messages of trust with regard to the economy and the construction sector
Expressing the appreciation they feel for taking part in the campaign "Time for Solidarity for a Powerful Turkey" as manifestation of their trust in the national economy and the construction sector, the representatives of 9 banks stated that they regard this campaign as a step to further strengthen our economy that already stands on a firm footing. Estimating that the financing costs will decrease even more in 20 years, representatives of the banks added that "One day, we will talk about configurations to further decrease the rates we discuss today.
