VARYAP MERIDIAN

Within Varyap Meridian project being constructed at West Ataşehir, there are total 1500 houses in 5 towers with 20 to 60 storeys, a business center with an area of 50 thousands m², 20.000 m² office building, a 5 star hotel which will be make runned by an international brand and trade areas. There are quite different house choices within the project, from 40 m² studios to special design penthouse apartments.

90 percent of the project, which is the first big "ecological mixed project" of Turkey and spreaded on a total area of 107 thousands m², consists of green space and area of 13 thousands m² consists of buildings.

Architectural works of the project are performed by English RMJM (New York) company, which is one of the few architecture offices of the world and puts its signature under ambitious projects all over the world, known with different designs and green buildings, as a result of the competition held. Engineering consultancy of the project is completely made by world known high building expert English origin company Buro Hoppold.

Varyap Meridian is being constructed with "integrated sustainability" understanding, which has been accepted mostly recently in the international real estate development sector and requires designs and applications in harmony with its environment and natural environment. Innovative systems applied within the scope of the project, the technology and opportunities provided by LEED criteria are returning to home owners as lower contributions and general expenses. With measures taken during the design stage, environmentalist material selection and waste management, together with energy and water savings up to 40 percents, minimum consumption cost at high comfort will be provided for the project residents.

Varyap Meridian was deemed worthy of award in "Best Property Project of Europe" and "Highest Building" categories in International Property Awards, the most prestigious property contest of the world, also known as "Oscars of Property".

Varyap Meridian , which is Turkey's first and only luxury green housing project under Leed Certification Project, will be completed in 2011.
