SEYRANŞEHİR

With Macro Construction & Akyapı Joint Venture and Emlak Konut REIT with revenue sharing model built on a land with approximately 25,000 square meters in Seyran Şehir Basaksehir consists of a total of 220 apartments with 7 blocks. Designed on the concept of "A Home A Family" Seyran Şehir has different apartment alternatives ( 2 + 1, 3 + 1, 4 + 1 and 5 + 1) with varying sizes (121 m² - 326 m² ) by considering the suitability of the Turkish family structure.

Allocated 80 percent green space in Seyran Şehir was equipped with a variable number of elements in the landscape.
