Metropol Istanbul with approx.1500 independent units; residence and A+ offices, develops an utterly different point of view to living spaces. Some of the most striking features of Metropol Istanbul are; a shopping area with a street-passage concept of 400 meters, its tower of 250 meters which will be one of the tallest buildings of Europe, creating a total engineering thrill and the largest cinema hall in the Asian side of Istanbul. Metropol Istanbul project bears the signature of the international architectural company RMJM, and Hyder Engineering which designed the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalife in Dubai.

Metropol Istanbul aims to increase the environmental awareness with its Leed and Breeam Certificates, to save energy and preserve nature with its green building applications, and to create a living environment offering comfort and it is one of the first and the largest ecologic mixed construction projects in Turkey with its concept of sustainable projects.
