BIZIM EVLER 4

A new one is added to Bizim Evler branded houses of İhlas Holding, where it developed at Ispartakule making 11.370 families high quality home owners. The fourth project named Bizim Evler 4 of 780 houses at Ispartakule is candidate of being most valuable Project of the territory.

Bizim Evler Neighbourhood is being constructed at the territory with Bizim Evler projects, located on İstanbul Bahçeşehir - Ispartakule location, which was planned as qualified housing region by Emlak Konut .

Bizim Evler 4, located on a 60 thousand square meters land, consists of 780 apartments. In this project, there are 336 2+1 apartments, 224 3+1 apartments and 220 4+1 apartments. Bizim Evler 4 project, besides 780 houses, will add great value to the territory with 30 offices, 2 storey private teaching institution and Bizim Çarşı with 70 stores.

İETT arranges more than 150 bus services to Bizim Evler, which is 150 meters to train stationa and 15 minutes to Atatürk Airport. Bizim Evler, which also facilitates urban transportation with its location adjacent to TEM Highway, takes place within the leading housing projects of İstanbul. Following completion of Bizim Evler projects, more than 11 thousand will live at Ispartakule in Bizim Evler branded houses.
