AVRUPA KONUTLARI ATAKENT 3

Avrupa Konutları Atakent 3 project, whose construction is currently continuing in Atakent, where most favorite housing projects of İstanbul take place, and which involves 2300 houses and a hotel with 167 rooms, is rising on a land of 193.500 square meters. In this area, whose 162.000 square meters are designated to landscape areas, there are water areas of 17.000 square meters.

There are 16 stores in this project that is located at the center of Atakent. Within Avrupa Konutları Atakent 3, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 apartment types take place:

3 types of 1+1 apartments between 83.24 m2 and 93.28 m2, one having terrace,
13 types of 2+1 apartments between 116. 54 m2 and 151.71 m2, 4 having terrace,
