My Town Ispartakule

My Town Ispartakule”, whose sales have been commenced in Isparta has been redesigned based on results of the questionnaire of 30 thousand participants, aiming to purchase apartments for the purpose of “living in”. Before realizing the My Town project with innovative and different architecture, internal design providing integration of comfort and relaxation and beautiful view of Küçükçekmece Lake, an innovation was made and a questionnaire was performed with 30.000 people to determine expectations of those wishing to have an apartment. Participants answering questions regarding the apartment they dream of gave the final shape of My Town Ispartakule.

My Town Ispartakule consists of 583 residences. My Town Ispartakule includes 136 1+1, 179 2+1, 220 3+1 and 48 4+1 type apartments. My Town Ispartakule, having a closed parking area of approximately 600 vehicles shall also include My Club, providing social and sports activities.

While move of population areas to different locations cause rise of new life centers, Ispartakule, the bright star of the time attracts attention with its modern structure and social opportunities it provides. The area is 10 km from Mahmutbey highway entrance and 17 km from Ataturk Airport. Bakirkoy coast road intersection is 20 km and Taksim is 24 km from the area. While commercial and exhibition centers and also Bahcesehir and Istanbul Universities in the area provides a great contribution to education and cultural development, the investments increasing progressively accelerates this development.

Avcilar and Bakirkoy Ferries, Hezarfen Airport and Basin Ekspres Road also cause the area to have a great advantage in terms of transportation. This advantage leads to a travel time of only 30 minutes to central areas such as Mecidiyekoy, Levent and Maslak.
