The project including a total of 420 apartments and 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 penthouses has been designed in the manner to meet with any types of need at the end of long researches.
Closed parking area, outdoor pool, fitness center, sauna, steam bath, resting areas, nursery school, tennis, basketball and volleyball areas have been planned in order to ease the life of Sky Tower residents. In addition to fire alarm system, acclimatization in bedroom and dining hall, aspirator, gas heater, embedded dishwasher, oven and stove, private storage area and generator services have been provided for each apartment.
The apartments shall be delivered to owners from January 2012 on in My Towerland project.
