In our project Körfezkent 2 consisting of 791 residences in Kocaeli, Körfez, Tütünçiftliği there are 1+1 apartments of 66,22 m2 - 9, 2+1 apartments of 75,63 to 112,46 m2  - 386, 3+1 apartments of 120,47 m2 - 396. Körfezkent 2 provides you with the calm, technological area of life with peace of mind where you may have a safe, green lifetime experience. 85 % of the area of 53.966 m2 has been used as green area. 28 classes primary school and gymnasium are included in the project. The project also includes
