The principles of the company constituting basis of the Employment Policy are given below.

a) To employ personnel with qualifications required for the position definitions for empty positions in the company.

b) To provide all personnel with opportunities for self-development based on their abilities and qualifications.

c) To respect personality of the personnel and to protect all their rights and benefits.

d) To provide a working environment to encourage working and good personal communication.

e) To direct the personnel to success, to provide fair opportunities based on education, training and capabilities, to reward success.

f) To train personnel from company’s own organization with priority for the available management positions.

g) Not to employ more personnel than necessary, to provide the personnel to work with maximum productivity at positions suitable for own skills.

h) To provide the personnel with social and cultural opportunities as much as the budget restrictions permit, to make employment in the company attractive by allowing all personnel to benefit from social services and support.

i) To provide skilled and successful personnel with opportunity of promotion as far as staff availability permits.
