KentPlus Ataşehir, designed with the “Plus” concept for those giving importance to their own lives is another special project realized in the Eastern Ataşehir. The basis of KentPlus Ataşehir shaped based on the expectations revealed after dense investigations is “to provide more in every aspect of life, on every matter”.

KentPlus Ataşehir, consisting of 2.044 apartments in Ataşehir Eastern Region Section 1 Area 1 has been constructed as 6 sites on 121.020 square meters. In the project, an area of 20.000 m² has been used for the buildings and an area of 25.000 m² has been left for social premises. The remaining 65 thousand square meters shall be used as sports areas and for landscaping.
