Misstanbul
The project located in Ikitelli, one of the leading sites of residence and social plant investments of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality shall be a center of attention as it is close to Ataturk Airport and Ataturk Olympic Stadium and TEM highway connections.
In the project Misstanbul to be realized on a land of 101 thousand square meters, construction of 936 residences is planned. In Misstanbul Houses where a secure and dynamic area of life full of peace of mind is provided, comfort and quality are also among the characteristics catching attention.

Ispartakule
The sparkling area of life of Istanbul shall be realized right next to Bahcesehir. It’s a gigantic project of 6.000 residences, 60.000 square meters of building allocation and 500.000 square meters of natural life areas.
Ispartakule targets many different tastes with 9 block types varying between 8 and 15 stages and 30 residence types varying between 66 m² and 244 m².
