Burgaz Kent

A project reflecting the modern urbanization understanding is being realized in Luleburgaz, Kirklareli. Burgazkent is being constructed for providing the Luleburgaz people with a comfortable and secure life.

Burgazkent consists of 752 apartments and 52 villas in 29 blocks, on a total construction area of 134.065 m² in 4 different parcels. The project with the options 2+1 and 3+1 apartments (109,41 to 151,43 square meters) and ordered and twin villas (177,11 to 185,05 square meters) shall have an outdoor parking area of 809 vehicles.

Burgazkent, with all buildings coated externally for heat isolation is constructed with tunnel molding system for earthquake resistance.
