Ispartakule

The sparkling area of life of Istanbul shall be realized right next to Bahcesehir. It’s a gigantic project of 6.000 residences, 60.000 square meters of building allocation and 500.000 square meters of natural life areas.

Ispartakule targets many different tastes with 9 block types varying between 8 and 15 stages and 30 residence types varying between 66 m² and 244 m². In the project to be completed at the end of 2009, 10 parcels are used for the residences and the remaining 3 parcels shall be used for the shopping and entertainment centers.

In Ispartakule being constructed with extreme earthquake resistance with radial basis tunnel molding system, security, social area and sportive activities have been considered with even the smallest detail. Direct TEM connection via special bridge and easy access from the new Ispartakule highway entrance are also among advantages of Ispartakule.
