Varyap Meridian
Within scope of the project VARYAN MERIDIAN, there are 1500 residences in 20 to 60 stages in a total of 5 towers, a business center with an area for rent of 50 thousand square meters, 20.000 m2 of office buildings, a 5 star hotel to be operated by an international brand and commercial areas. Within project, there are many different residence options varying between 40 m2 studios and special design penthouse apartments. 90 percent of the project, which is the first large scale ecological project of Turkey spreading over a total area of 107 thousand square meters is green area and the indoor area of 13 thousand square meters consists of buildings.
The architect of the project is the English company RMJM (New York), worldwide known for its different designs and green buildings, one of the best architecture companies all over the world and winner of the competition for awarding the architecture works. All engineering consultancy works of the project is performed by another English company, Buro Hoppold, worldwide known skyscraper specialists.
VARYAP MERIDIAN is constructed based on the approach of “integrated sustainability”, the most widely accepted approach in worldwide real estate development industry in recent years, requiring a design in harmony with environment and its neighborhood. The opportunities provided by the innovative systems adopted within scope of the project, technology and LEED criteria pays with less subscription payments and general expenses to residence owners. Thanks to measures taken at the stage of design, environmental material choice and waste management, energy and water saving up to 40 % and minimum consumption at high comfort shall be provided to residents of the project.
VARYAP MERIDIAN has been awarded in the categories “the best real estate project of Europe” and “the best skyscraper” in International Property Awards, deemed to be the real estate Oscars.
VARYAP Meridian, the first and only luxurious residence project of Turkey as covered by the Leed Certification Program shall be completed in the year 2011.
