SELİMPAŞA EMLAK KONUTLARI

Selimpaşa Emlak Konutları will be a totally new life space at the junction where E-80 state highway intersects with TEM highway, at 3 minutes distance to TEM and to the sea in at just 50 kms to İstanbul.

The project consisting of total 820 houses and aiming to satisfy earthquake resistant and quality housing need of the territory, will come into existence on an area of 124.718,00 m² and is candidate of being a life beyond standards either due to its building materials or to its layout grounded on human.

In theproject planned so as to meet all requirements of family life, 1+1 apartments are 103,01 m² and 2+1 apartments vary between 108,99 m² –133,50 m² and 3+ 1 apartments between 147,33 m² – 196,93 m².
