KARAT 34

Being implemented with the assurance of Emlak Konut on Basın Expressway -- a junction of important transportation axle of Istanbul, ‘Karat 34’ aims to contribute to Istanbul’s ‘trademark city’ quality through its consistently updated infrastructure and nonstop development. With a convenient location, Karat 34 offers a good investment opportunity.

Surrounding the project are health facilities, highways, subway – metrobus (bus rapid transport), shopping malls and social facilities, international congress areas and fairgrounds, trade centers and airports. Where Karat 34 is located could be described as a second Levent axle on the European Side. The project is being carried out along the Basın Expressway which connects E-5 to TEM. The project offers easy access to both Atatürk Airport and the third airport.

Karat 34 consists of 6 blocks; 3 of which are residences while the other 3 are offices. Within the scope of the project, there are 470 apartments with studio, 1+1, 1+1 duplex, 2+1, 2+1 duplex, 3+1, 3+1 duplex and 4+1 duplex options, 123 offices and 28 commercial units. The apartments’ size within the project scope varies between 28.5 and 267 square meters. Each block features a separate main entrance hall and lobby area with exclusive stairs and elevators. The project also includes parking lots in adequate capacity for the utilization of all offices, residences and commercial units.
