EVVEL - ADIM İSTANBUL

EVvel Istanbul project, which was made a reality in Basaksehir through Emlak Konut, Intaya, EYG and Intes revenue sharing partnership, is getting ready for offering the warmth of neighborhood life to everyone longing for values of the past.

EVvel Istanbul, which brings the values of the past together with today's comfort with the motto of “How it was earlier, far better at EVvel”, is enlivening neighborhood culture from streets to social domains over again. The project, which has a land area of 40 thousand square meters, nascences in the concept that respects the environment and nature, and embraces the green. EVvel Istanbul, which was designed as a more open and transparent living area, in which urban axis, parks, common area and social areas will be in touch with each other, includes streets, squares, green areas, commercial units and social areas in manner to revitalize the neighborhood culture. EVvel Istanbul, which was built up by prioritizing senior citizens, child safety and being disabled-friendly, is greatly appreciated also with recreation areas, which offers opportunities for all sorts of sports, promenade and recreation, and domestic architecture with large balconies, high ceilings, sundrenched and bright facades.

EVvel Istanbul that will rise in Istanbul's new center Basaksehir, in which the giant projects; such as, Third Bosphorus Bridge, Third Airport, Canal Istanbul and the North Marmara Motorway Projects, will take place, is also being built on the ground belt that provides high resistance to earthquakes.
