Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Company signed a protocol with Galatasaray Sports Club Association with the aim of developing a project on immovable properties of 22 thousand 627 square meters of surface area in Florya in Istanbul’s Bakırköy District and 1 million 76 thousand 22 square meters of surface area in Riva within Istanbul’s Beykoz District.

The total land value of the project that Emlak Konut GYO will develop on the lands will be 508,729,251.72 TL.

Through enhancing our land stock, we will produce value-adding projects.
