AVRUPA KONUTLARI ISPARTAKULE 1

Avrupa Konutları, initiated a project involving 385 houses at Ispartakule, fastest developing mass housing area of European side. The Project, that was planned on an area of 35 thousands square meters with 80% green space, overlooks both Küçükçekmece Lake and Marmara Sea. Avrupa Konutları Ispartakule consists of 385 houses and 16 commercial units. There are 43 1+1 apartments between 78 and 96 square meters, 75 2+1 apartments between 116 and 133 square meters, 195 3+1 apartments between 147 and 152 square meters, 68 4+1 apartments between 174 and 241 square meters, 4 248 square meters 5+ 1 apartments. Between these apartments, there are also terraced apartments at some special apartments.
