AVRUPA KONUTLARI - TEM

The project consisting of 2.824 houses, which deserves the motto of "Europe, the Midst of İstanbul" with its 10 km distance to Maslak, Levent and Mecidiyeköy, is the biggest housing project on a single parcel where every opportunity related to life exits.

There will be 32 blocks with 13 to 20 storeys and 1 residence with 24 storeys, and offered apartment choices varying between 64 m² to 165 m² to İstanbul residents in Avrupa Konutları- TEM. In every detail of the project being constructed with tunnel moulding system resistant to earthquake, quality and functionality have been considered together.
