EMLAK KONUT GYO A New Capital is being built in Ankara with the distinctness of Emlak Konut

Realized with the slogan “New Capital of the Capital”, Başkent Emlak Konutları project is rising at Çankaya Mühye. At the press meeting organized at the Emlak Konut GYO Headquarters at Ataşehir on Friday, December 2, 2016, Emlak Konut GYO General Manager Murat Kurum and also the face of the project Mustafa Ceceli were present.

 

At Mühye neighborhood in Çankaya, Başkent Emlak Konutları consists of 1504 independent units on an area of 202.000 square-meters in total. Başkent Emlak Konutları, where the city life meets with the green, includes 1478 residences in total as 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, 5+1 duplex and 6+1 duplex apartment types, along with 26 trade units.

 

 

Besides the 1504 independent units released in Başkent Emlak Konutları, also 492 additional residences are included to be delivered to the share holders within the scope of urban transformation. Expressing that their primary focus in the projects they developed has always been on the people and on the city, Murat Kurum stated that they made no compromises with this principle in Başkent Emlak Konutları project. Kurum said: “We cared at the most for the sensitivity of the residents of our projects and we valued about developing social facilities, green areas, parks, school and mosque areas in order to make their lives easier. In the project we have implemented on an area of 202.000 square-meters, 492 3+1 type residences varying between 98 and 135 square-meters are reserved for the share holders within the scope of urban transformation. Apart form the residences reserved for urban transformation, 1504 independent units in total, consisting of 1478 residences and 26 trade units are released. Residence alternatives in the project varies from 72 square-meters 1+1 to 351 square-meters 6+1 duplex residences.”

Emlak Konut generated 6.2 billion TL income with 8.926 sales in 11 months

Stating that Başkent Emlak Konutları project has also another special significance for Emlak Konut, Murat Kurum said: “As you know, we have just announced the sales figures we reached in November. Our new project we developed according to the key-ready model and released in Gebze in November, “Gebze Emlak Konutları 3rd Stage” gained great traction. As a result of this demand, we made sale of nearly all of the project by lot. With the success of the mentioned project and with the sales in our other projects, we sold of 2105 independent units in November. Thus, our total sales number from the beginning of the year has reached to 8926 and our sales value has reached to 6.2 billion TL. At this point, I believe that we are now closer to our 2016 sales target of 7.6 billion TL valued 11.000 independent units. I expect that the sales of our “Başkent Emlak Konutları” project will contribute us in reaching this target in December.”

 

There is a whole lot more work to do and a long way to go in Turkey

Saying that on the contrary of what is expressed in the markets, when the opportunities are used, there is a whole lot work to do in Turkey for all sectors, Murat Kurum indicated as two best examples the new projects of Emlak Konut started in the last two days. Kurum said: “As you know, yesterday we signed a protocol with Tariş Cooperatives Union in order to develop a project together, according to the revenue share model at Alsancak, one of the most valuable regions of Izmir. We will implement a very special project for Izmir on approximately 140.000 square-meters area. When the Izmir protocol and “Başkent Emlak Konutları” projects are viewed together, a new business volume reaching approximately to 4.5 billion TL project value will emerge. Therefore, there is a whole lot more work to do and a long way to go in Turkey.

 

Mustafa Ceceli: It is very close to where I was born and grew up, it also has a sentimental value for me.” Murat Ceceli expressed his thoughts at the press meeting and said: “Ankara is my birth city, also I lived there until I was 20. There is Sancak neighborhood a little further from Mühye, where the project is developed. I also mentioned that I lived 1 km away form the project to Emlak Konut GYO General Manager Murat Kurum as he was describing the project. It also has a sentimental value for me because it is where I was born and grew up. In this sense I am very pleased to be a part of this project. Advertisements started last night, but its affect was very quick for me. Even the owner of the market I went in the morning to buy bread said: “We saw you on the advertisements on TV last night”. Even some of my friends called asking how they can take part in the project. Obviously I am also thinking of taking part in the project. Until this day, I had advertisement offers form so many companies and so many projects, but I turned most of them down. I believe that the right to housing is the most important right of people after the right to life. Also due to the project’s being so close to where I was born and grew up, and the reliability of Emlak Konut, I took part at the commercial movie of Başkent Emlak Konutları.”

 

Rich social reinforcements are all together at Başkent Emlak Konutları

Throughout Başkent Emlak Konutları, which has a rich project planning also in terms of social reinforcements and environment sensitivity, themed playgrounds for children, playgrounds for disabled children, walking and biking routes, various hobby areas, ornamental pools and sitting areas are placed.
