Emlak Konut GYO and Tahincioğlu Real Estate - the group that won Emlak Konut’s tender ‘Profit Sharing Business for Istanbul Maltepe Küçükyalı Land Sales’ - signs the project. Turkey’s largest real estate investment company Emlak Konut GYO’s “Profit Sharing Business for Istanbul Maltepe Küçükyalı Land Sales” tender is signed. Emlak Konut GYO and Tahincioğlu Real Estate - the group that won the tender with a record price - signed a project contract for the 114 thousand 239 square meter land in Küçükyalı, Maltepe.
The 2nd session of the “Profit Sharing Business for Istanbul Maltepe Küçükyalı Land Sales” tender, including the auction, was held on 07.06.2016. .
The optimal offer for the land was delivered as 3,635,715.000 TL + VAT for ‘Total Sales Revenue In Return for the Lands Sales (ASKSTG); and as 1,527,000.300 TL + VAT for ‘Minimum Revenue Rate of the Company’s Share In Return for the Lands Sales’ by Tahincioğlu Real Estate Construction and Tourism Inc. & Tahincioğlu Küçükyalı Construction and Tourism Inc. & Kozken Construction Construction and Contracting Company Inc. Business Partnership.”
Houses, trade blocs and educational institutions will be constructed
Following the confirmation of the tender for the land known as Küçükyalı Highways land on 05.08.2016, a contract for the project was signed in the ceremony that Emlak Konut GYO’s General Manager Murat Kurum and Tahincioğlu Real Estate’s Chairman of the Executive Board, Özcan Tahincioğlu participated. Three of the lands within the scope of the tender will be used for trade block-housing construction, while others will be used for construction of primary schools, houses of prayer, open spaces and parks.

Emlak Konut decides to continue the discounted sales campaign

Having announced its first 6-month profit as 630 million 769 thousand TL in the past few days, Emlak Konut GYO’s total profit in 2015, on the other hand, was 952,605.000 TL. Emlak Konut GYO previously announced its end year dividend as 1,5 billion TL. The Company sold 2,643 independent sections between January 01 - June 30, 2016, equaling its total sales revenue to 1 billion 726 million TL.
