KÖRFEZKENT 2
In our Körfezkent 2 project located at Kocaeli, Körfez District, Tütünçiftliği neighbourhood, consisting of 791 house, there are
- 1+1 apartments 66,22 m² - 9 pieces,
- 2+1 apartments - between75,63 and 112,46 m² , 386 pieces,
- 3+1 apartments, 120,47 m²- 396 pieces.
Körfezkent 2 offers you a modern, safe, green, peaceful, where you can live in life long, quite, technological and commodious living space. 85% of 53.966 m² housing area has been designated as green space. In this Project there is also an elementary school with 28 classes and a sports hall. In this project there are also;
